Our Values

IPCS Director and Lead Automation Engineer Ashil Prakash brings over 15 years of industry experience, including extensive work as a commissioning engineer for baggage-handling systems in both local and international airports. He also has a strong background in site-based engineering across dairy powder and cheese manufacturing facilities.
Ashil has served as the principal engineer for the design and implementation of the Open Country Dairy Networks in Waharoa and Horotiu, leading end-to-end delivery including PC/server configuration, security and user access management, and automation network design.
He holds a Master’s degree in Physics and Electronic Engineering from the University of Waikato and specialises in PLC, HMI, and SCADA system design, fabrication, and maintenance, supported by exceptional troubleshooting capability.
Throughout his career, Ashil has continued to strengthen his leadership, mentoring, customer relationship, and business management skills—ensuring IPCS delivers high-quality engineering solutions and outstanding service to all clients.

Vincent has a BSc in Electronics from Otago University and a BEng in Computer Engineering from Canterbury University.
Vincent has work at Dairy Manufacturing Plants Fonterra Kapuni and Open Country Waharoa, in the automation field, on maintenance and project work.
Vincent has worked in Windows and Linux environments and worked on Networking Systems and Virtualization.
Experience in programming Rockwell PLCs and Schneider PLCs. Designing and modifying HMI screens using SCADA Wonderware Intouch and FactoryTalk. Enjoys working on challenging and interesting problems.

Andrew K is a multidisciplinary engineer specialising in embedded design and control systems, with a broad background across electrical, electronic, mechanical, and IT fields.
With experience ranging from emergency-service vehicle systems to advanced research and university lecturing, he excels at turning complex concepts into practical solutions.
He brings a creative, non-linear approach to problem-solving and is driven by challenging technical projects.

Rubens Munro is an industrial automation engineer dedicated to driving performance, reliability, and digital transformation across complex industrial environments.
With hands-on experience spanning maintenance, troubleshooting, software development, and automation systems, he integrates native industrial technologies with modern IT solutions to optimise processes and solve critical operational challenges.
Rubens brings a strong cross-disciplinary foundation—electrical, mechanical, and software—to every project, consistently delivering practical, data-driven improvements.
